Since the wedding, I had given up my extremely healthy lifestyle in favor of comfort food and frankly I feel like the stereotypical “fat American”. I forgot how great very fresh meals spread throughout the day feel in accompaniment with working out and Starbucks drinks under 50 calories. Today, out of the blue, which is my typical style I decided to just start eating healthier again. I’m not sure how long this will last, but willingly eating healthy instead of forced dieting is usually easier to maintain.
Day 21: back to clean(ish) eating.
