Whatever you feed grows, whatever you starve dies. Our most harsh critics tend to be those around us the most, or even ourselves. Things get hard sometimes. They say when it rains it pours and that is true with criticism as well. We get on ourselves so hard and get in to a dark place where we can’t stop focusing on the negative.
